5 Reasons why North Chandler is where you should call home

Are you considering a move to Phoenix?  Are you looking to relocate or move to the Southeast Valley?  If so then I think you need to definitely consider Chandler as a possibility as a place to call home.

In today’s blog I am going to focus on the area of North Chandler.  North Chandler is located north of the Loop 202 San Tan Freeway east of I-10, stair steps  west of Gilbert Rd, to Arizona Ave depending on where you are in Chandler and roughly north of Elliot Rd in certain areas and continues to stair step south in other areas and borders, Tempe, Mesa and Gilbert.  So let’s dive into 5 reasons why North Chandler may be where you want to establish roots and settle down.

If we haven’t met before my name is Stacie Muller and I am seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years experience and I throughly enjoy not only helping buyers and navigate the the local real estate market, but I love educating them throughout the process.

Reason #1 Employment

Chandler AZ is a city of millennials and professionals. If you’d love to live in a city where you’d get the chance to meet and connect with many other professionals, moving to Chandler AZ is perfect for you. About 86.19% of the city’s workforce are in white-collar jobs and the job market is booming. Chandler is home to more people who work in computer and math than 95% of other cities in the entire United States.

The city’s job market is also booming for professionals in sales, management occupation, office and administrative support etc

As discussed in my previous video Chandler is home to several top rated companies, startups, and local businesses. Chandler’s high-tech employment base attracts highly-educated and skilled employees, many of which make Chandler their permanent home.

The Price Corridor, Chandler’s largest employment corridor, is currently home to 15 Fortune 500 companies. The largest employer in Chandler is Intel Corp., with 2 campuses in the city. Intel recently announced that it was expanding its manufacturing capacity with plans for two new factories located at the company’s Chandler-Ocotillo campus. This build-out represents an investment of approximately $20 billion, which is expected to create over 3,000 permanent high-tech, high-wage jobs; over 3,000 construction jobs; and approximately 15,000 local long-term jobs in Chandler.

Today, the ABA known as USA BMX has 100’s of tracks Nationwide and Canada holding 1000’s of events every year.

Reason #3 Downtown Chandler

Chandler has a vibrant, walkable downtown brimming with activity. In downt.own chandler you will discover a variety of boutique shops, art galleries, restaurants, casual eateries, Chandler Center for the Arts, and Chandler city hall complex. The area is also home to a range of events from bar crawls to weekly farmers markets. On Saturdays from October through May you can attend free yoga classes in the park. Reasons #5 Housing Options - Neighborhoods Without HOA's

North Chandler features a variety of housing options from starter homes to million dollar luxury estates and everything in between. You can even find horse property in the middle of the city. Like the rest of the Phoenix marketplace Chandler median sales prices have increase significantly in the last few years. The median sales price in all of Chandler as of July 28th, 2022 was $590k up from $506,900 at this same time in 2021. As Chandler has developed over the last 30 years and the north Chandler area is still very desirable for its location with quick access to 3 major freeways. North Chandler also has neighborhoods that do not have HOA’s. For homeowners looking to avoid the extra fees and regulations that are tacked on by living in a community that is governed by a HOA then you may want to consider looking in parts of North Chandler for your housing needs. I do need to add that most if not all of these communities are homes built in the 1960’s-1980’s. So if you are looking for a newer home then this may not be an option for you. However if you are someone who enjoys the charm of an older home this may be right up your alley.

If Chandler is an area you have considered moving to then I think checking out what Nouth Chandler has to offer is worth your time.   I hope the 5 reasons I gave above give you a little more insight on why I think North Chandler might be a good fit for you to call home.
